RTL-SC Clothing Center

RTL-SC operates a Thrift Shop/Clothing Center at 102 East Poplar, at the corner of Ohio Avenue, on the court square in downtown Sidney, Ohio. Shop hours are 10am to 4pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 10am to 6pm on Wednesday, and 10am to noon on Saturday (closed on Saturdays during the winter months). The store is closed on Good Friday, July 4th, and Thanksgiving, and is usually closed for a week around the Christmas/New Year's holidays (please call ahead to confirm).

The shop is open to the public and all items are offered for a garage-sale-type donation. All items are donated and are gently used and are sold as is—no refunds. We offer the following items (as available):

Infant clothing (0 to 24 months) • Children's clothing (2T to 16) • Maternity clothing • Baby bottles and nursing accessories • Diaper bags • Baby swings • Strollers • Walkers • Baby gates • Potty chairs • High chairs • Car seats • Cribs and crib mattresses • Bassinetts • Bumper pads, quilts, sheets, etc. • Baby rattles and toys • Baby food, cereal, and formula (not expired) • All types and sizes disposable diapers and pull-ups • Children's toys • Children's books

For those unable to afford the minimal donation prices, we also have a "free" program which includes clothing found in specially marked bins. In addition, we host an "Earn While You Learn" program; when clients attend classes, they receive thrift shop gift certificates to be used for disposable diapers, clothing, baby formula and baby food, when available. More information is available at the thrift shop about diapers for emerganecy needs, limited to 1 dozen per month. A picture ID is required each time a client requests free or reduced itmes or uses a gift certificate.
